Another excellent article.

Could you please cover Style Sheets.  Particularly using <BODY> to set a common background image or colour.  Also, is it possible to use Style Sheets to "switch off" anchor hrefs to the internet so that the same pages can be used on intranet and Internet sites (say by use of a class?).

Thankyou, That's just the right level. I have never taught myself HTML properly. I have been cutting and pasting, getting help from friends for minor adjustments. After lots of experimentation, I can now make most of those adjustments myself. Your basics tutorial has explained a lot of things that I was doing.

:) Surprising how some people put the cart before the horse!

A very great introduction - it really took me back to basics.

Nice idea again, but the image rollover routine will fail, if you choose to use netscape with layers. Thus, you have to use a more advanced routine.

Sadly enough a lot of people do show this routine here for imageswapping, as it's short and easy to understand, but with layers and NS, it will bug!

check a better one at my page...

/Chris
