Pretty good stuff, but is not very efficient in terms of memory use if you have a large number of elements on the page because the script iterates through every element to check if it is draggable.

"The Top 5 demo on the first page uses images, but you can adapt this technique to drag HTML instead, by using DIV instead of IMG tags."

How do i do this?? I've been working on it for the past week, with no success.

I'm trying to brush up on scripting for IE.  I found the article informative, but it would have been more helpful to me to see an example without images.  It would also help to have a full copy of the script for the example on the first page.  It's not helpful to reference functions from different articles, causing the reader to skip around between articles to put a working script together.

This technique...no drag.
Extends drag n drop from "hey! watch"...to higher functionality: balloons, notifications, sorting, assignment of items to group hierarchies.
As a .htc could be used to assign data bound lists into quizzes, product configurations, configurable table headings and more..good job
