BUG

I do think it has some value.  I recently wrote something very similar in an on-line timed html slide show documenting warehouse operations.  Though the slide show was, itself, contained in one page (utilizing different absolutely positioned <DIV> tags, I wanted to keep users from simply backing up to the splash page and starting again.  Code such as this works well for this.
