Image Transition Behavior

Short Description
Automatically add transitions to your standard image rollover effects with this IE5 behavior.

Long Description
We show you how to automatically add transitions to every change of the image src. By using an IE5 Behavior, this degrades to a standard image change in existing browsers without requiring any special browser detection.

Nice idea but my IE5 gave javascript errors on the second page and I could see the images swapping but without any spectacular effect.

Not sufre if this is the right palce for this question--
am trying to have an animated gif load (animate) while another object- a page with a large image-- is loading, and then I want that animation to stop, or go back to the original, static image.
Any suggestions?

Switching images is different on all web pages. One may need to switch between more than 2, and not use the common mouseover, found all ove the net.
What if you have 4-6 images, or more, to switch?
A game site, like chess and checkers, may want to show diagrams of many positions, and swith between many images. Probably with a select menu.
And of course be cross-browser function. AL Lyman
