How a registration form will work properly on all browser.

Easy. Pay someone to do it for you.

The last time I actually filled a registration form, it was impossible to have it work on any browser. I had no choice but to use a pen instead. Luckily, I didn't have to pay someone to do that for me. You might want to try that instead.
