Details as follows:

About a couple weeks ago, when I start up my computer, my internet works for about 5-45 minutes, then it connection drops, it's not a router or a wireless card problem, they work on my other partition. The card is in alright. I run Xp Pro Sp2. I've virus scanned and such. I wish to know how I can fix this. Could it be something conflicting with windows update?
I know this isn't exactly a wireless issue since my router and wireless card work, but I need some help. I have a feeling that it's something in windows update that caused it to screw up.
Thank you very much!

P.S. I've also hooked directly into the modem and my internet gets dropped at the same rate, too!
