 internetmarketingcoaching

I recently came across this website http://www.internetmarketingcoaching.com. They are conducting a hands-on internet marketing coaching programme which caught my attention.

I’ve always wanted to start an online business but I am not net savvy. I read the overview of the programme. It actually targets to teach the students how to get top rankings in search engines and not just teaching how to build up a website.

Is getting no.1 ranking in search engines really that important? What’s more, they offer 3 month support after the hands-on coaching to ensure students have access to their advice when completing their websites or blogs.

Anyone here attend such workshops before? Advice appreciated. Thanks.

SEO (search engine optimisation) is important, but it is not the be-all-and-end-all of running a web-based business. Most important is to have a selling point that meets customer demand ... it doesn't matter how highly your website ranks in the search engines - if nobody wants to buy what you are offering then you're wasting your time.

There are plenty of good resources online about SEO. I have not used any such workshop before and don't intend to.

PS - how is this topic related to the Wireless Internet? Or is this just a SPAM post to get that link on another site? (If SPAM then you haven't done it very well. If you're going to do a link then at least do it properly!)

Best wishes!
