Have I found a workaround to that patent?

What is claimed is:

1. A course-based system for providing to an educational community of users access to a plurality of online courses, comprising: a) a plurality of user computers, with each user computer being associated with a user of the system

I shall patent a system wherein any user computer can be used, and no computer needs to be associated with a specific user. Thus you can do eLearning from an Internet Cafe for example. (That patent would suggest the such computers are not covered).

:-D
